1. The term ‘photographer’ refers to the artist, Bobby Joynes, and the business that they represent, Working Mind Studios (TM).
  • The term ‘Client’ refers to the person who has agreed to a commission with the photographer Bobby Joynes
  • The photoshoot will be arranged on date(s) mutually agreed between the Photographer and the Client
  • If a confirmed shoot is cancelled or postponed for reasons outside of the control of the Photographer (including, but not limited to, unsuitable weather / lighting conditions), the Photographer will offer another date for the same shoot to be completed.
  • If a confirmed shoot is cancelled by the client,  the deposit already paid to the Photographer will not be refunded.
  • All photos taken on a photoshoot with client will be selected by the Photographer
  • Photos from a photoshoot will be available for download via google drive for 2 weeks after they have been completed, after such a time as they will be taken down and become unavailable for the client.
  • All photos taken by the Photographer in the agreed photoshoot with a client can then be used by the client for personal purposes, and in any social networking contexts as long as the photographer is appropriately credited using the tag (@working_mind_studios). Additional approval is required for the commercial use of photos taken by the photographer.
  • The resale of photographs or prints from photoshoots taken by the photographer is not allowed in any circumstance. Additional approval is required before commercialisation of material produced by the photographer or Working Mind Studios.
  1. A deposit is required to be paid prior to the date of an agreed photoshoot with the Photographer. This deposit will be 30% of the total amount of the photoshoot in which the Photographer will explain prior to payment. The rest of the payment should be made on the day of the shoot. The final series of photographs will not be digitally released to the client without the assurance that payment has been made in full.
  1. All source materials such as films or digital files remain with the photographer and are not transferred to the client.
  1. Working Mind Studios reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the photoshoot in any portfolios, creative projects, publications, books and exhibitions.
